The shipment will start from October in order. Are the customs fee included?

How can I buy more than one unit?
You can contribute a new perk and fill out with the same shipping address. We will bundle your orders and ship them to you together. If the numbers of units you would like to purchase exceed that of perks we offer, you can always contact us at Customerservice@dreame.tech with your request.
Is there limitation for the quantity of the number if it exceeds the numbers of perks offered?
We offer perk options with different numbers of units to our backers. If the numbers of units you would like to purchase exceed that of perks we offer, you can always contact us through email with your request. We will customize a perk for you with the quantity or perk combo according to your demand.
Can I pay by PayPal?
Unfortunately according to the limitations of the platform, we will not be able to accept PayPal as a method of payment. However, you can pay with credit/debit card or via Apple Pay and Google Pay, which launched with support from credit/debit cards of American Express, Mastercard, Visa and the six biggest issuing banks in the US. What is the warranty of Dreame T20?
We offer a 1-year warranty for Dreame T20. Please note that the warranty period complies with the applicable consumer laws in different countries or areas. If your vacuum cleaner comes across any quality issue during the warranty period, all you need to do is to provide us with the relevant videos and pictures. Once the after-sales department verifies, the new replacement will be sent to you. We have service centers in China, Europe, the United States. Our email: Customerservice@dreame.tech.
How can I purchase an add-on perk?
Please kindly note that an add-on perk is only available along with the Dreame T20 units(s). Simply click the add-on option when you place your order.
How can I buy an extra battery after completing my order?
Please purchase the extra battery through the secret perk in the link with the same address, and the extra battery will be shipped together with your product.
Q: What accessory does the Dreame T20 come with?
As standard the Dreame T20 comes with a main body, a filter, an all-surface brush, a crevice nozzle, a 2-in-1 brush, a mite removal brush, an extension rod, an extension hose, a wall-mounted charging dock, an original battery and an adapter. Please note that customers can choose to buy an additional add-on battery to double the run time up to 140mins.
Is the sound generated acceptable?
Dreame T20 comes with 4 cleaning modes that are in different sound levels: Eco - 73 dBA / Med - 79 dBA / Turbo - 84 dBA. They are in line with national standards and are strictly tested by a third-party laboratory.
Can I buy other different types of brushes?
The package of Dreame T20 contains 4 types of brushes and 2 extension accessories, which can cover most scenarios of daily house cleaning. Besides, regarding customers’ requests, extra filters and more different types of brushes are already under development. Customers will be able to purchase more types of accessories after the campaign ends in other retail channels.
What’s the refund policy?
According to Indiegogo's policy, you can request a refund in your account at any time before the project ends. After the project ends, we will lock the orders to prepare for shipment, the refund will be not allowed during the time of shipment. If you have any problems, please contact us through email.
