As many people were having problems with their Dreame T20 Cordless vacuum cleaner Smart Brush, I decided to film myself taking it apart for the first time to see if I could check out the breaking cable that was causing all the trouble. I try to warn for all the troubles people could have doing this themselves as the current guides online were unclear to say the least. Even though it's not that hard, you'll see there's some confusing parts about this vacuum cleaner brush head that could break easily. I did end up learning that the defect seems to have been avoided on my version of this vacuum cleaner. Taking it apart should be the same for everyone though, so hopefully it helps some of you! Thanks! Feel free to share this video with other T20 owners you know! Production date as mentioned on the box of my unit was 11/2020. I have also heard people mention their T20 with a 09/2020 production date had the plastic tabs already removed upon disassembly.
